Q:  How long will delivery of my new window treatments take?

A:  Because all our draperies are custom-made to order, delivery will usually take 2-4 weeks. Since none of our products are off-the-shelf and we have no inventory, we think you’ll agree that they’re well worth the wait.


Q:  What is the cost of shipping?

A:   Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS or FED EX Shipping costs apply and will be billed for orders by weight and size inside,   


Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Because all our window treatments are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns. But with our goal of 100% satisfaction, we take time to review each and every order as it comes in to ensure that it’s completed to your satisfaction and looks beautiful. If we have a question on any portion of your order, we will contact and work with you to make sure your order is absolutely right.


Q: How do I measure my window?

A:  Just refer to our measuring tips and use our printable measure charts. And of course contact us with any questions.


Q:  I need some advice from a designer on color and style. Can I send you a picture of my window?

A:  Sure! We welcome the opportunity to consult with you and see photos of your room and windows. Just e-mail us your photos along with any questions.


Q:  What kinds of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Payment in full must be made at  the time of order.


Q:  I need to speak with a designer. When will you be available for a consultation?

A:  Just call us at 859-490-1411 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or Saturdays by appointment. You can also always e-mail us. We are always here to give you personalized attention and work with you in whatever way we can. We also review every order that comes in before we place it.  


Q:  I don’t see the style of drapery that I want on your website, but I have a picture of what I want…can you make this for me?

A:  Most likely we can provide the style you’re looking for. Please e-mail us a photo of the design you’re looking for and we’ll let you know if we can provide the style and/or what some attractive alternatives may be.  Or you can e-mail a picture of your window and we will design an alternate style just for you.


Q: I need help selecting a paint color for my walls, will you be able to help me make my choice?

A:  Yes, we will work with you to select a paint color once you have selected a style, and fabric. Just e-mail us with your choices and we will be happy to work with you.    


Q:  Will I need help with installation of my drapery?

A:  Your order arrives to your home with easy to install instructions and complete hardware.  If you are unable to or feel uncomfortable installing your drapery, contact a local handyman.  As always, if you have questions along the way, please feel free to contact us.
